How Sherman Crane Rental works

We are a request and referral service

Sherman Crane Rental is a crane rental request and referral service. We don't own or operate cranes. We pass your request to independent, local crane companies, who quote and contract with you directly.

Finding an available crane on short notice can mean calling around to several companies. This site lets you describe your lift once. We review the request and pass it to independent crane companies that serve your area and the type of work you need.

What we don't do

• We don't own, rent out or operate cranes, and we don't employ operators or riggers.
• We don't set prices. The crane company quotes you directly and you contract with them.
• We don't sell your details to data brokers. See the privacy note.

Your responsibilities when you hire a crane

Before work starts, ask the crane company for proof of insurance and operator certification, confirm what is and isn't included in the quote, and make sure your site is ready. Our guides on operated crane service, boom truck rental and crane rental cost explain what to expect.
